Program Description (54 Credit Hours)


The Master of Business Administration and Christian Leadership program provides a business management education that equips students for leadership positions in the global marketplace or for advancement in their current career. This program integrates theories with real-world applications, fostering practical business expertise. Students can advance their knowledge, analytical ability, and skills in areas such as business management, and entrepreneurship. At the same time, students will integrate biblical faith and business to accomplish God’s purposes in society.


Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program the student will be able to:

- Christian Commitment

   To demonstrate knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the concentrated field of study as practiced from a Christian perspective for the benefit of the community and society.

- Professional Knowledge

   To demonstrate the advanced knowledge and skill in accounting, finance, marketing and organizational operations.

- Strategic Decision-Making

   To evaluate quantitative tools and market data to solve complex business problems and create plans for sustainable business practices.

- Leadership and Communication

   To acquire leadership and communication skills to deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations.

- Global Business Analysis

   To create sustainable business strategies that address global environmental and social challenges that benefit international communities as well as local stakeholders.

 

Program Hours:

3 years (6 semesters), Total 54 Credits

A student should take minimum 9 credits per semester in order to graduate on time.
